WHAT IS SYNERGIA

Στην σύγχρονη επιστήμη επικρατεί μια καινούργια αντίληψη που ονομάζεται συνεργία. Η λέξη συνεργία είναι λέξη ελληνική που αποτελείται από το συνθετικό συν και τη λέξη έργο. Ο Richard Buckminster Fuller (1895-1983), ένας αμερικανός μηχανικός, συγγραφέας, εφευρέτης και μελλοντολόγος, προσδιόρισε τη συνεργία σαν ένα ιδιαίτερο χαρακτηριστικό το οποίο χαρακτηρίζει συνολικά ένα ολόκληρο σύστημα, έναν ολόκληρο οργανισμό. Συνεργία σημαίνει ότι η αξία του όλου – δηλαδή ολόκληρου του οργανισμού – είναι συνολικά μεγαλύτερη από το άθροισμα των μερών του. Σημαίνει ότι η αρμονική σύνδεση που έχουν μεταξύ τους δύο ή περισσότερα μέρη του, δημιουργεί ένα άθροισμα, το οποίο από μόνο του είναι ένα αυτοτελές μέρος με τη δική του αξία, η οποία τελικά αποδεικνύεται να είναι μεγαλύτερη από το μαθηματικό άθροισμα των μερών. Αν το ψάξεις λίγο θα βρεις παραδείγματα συνεργίας σε πολλά μέρη στη φύση. Αν φυτέψεις δύο φυτά κοντά-κοντά, οι ρίζες τους θα συμπλέκονται με τέτοιο τρόπο που θα βελτιώνουν την ποιότητα του εδάφους και έτσι θα αναπτυχθούν πολύ καλύτερα από ότι αν τα είχες φυτέψει χωριστά. Αν βάλουμε δύο σανίδες μαζί, θα συγκρατήσουν πολύ περισσότερο βάρος από ότι θα συγκρατούσε μόνο μία σανίδα που θα είχε το άθροισμα του πάχους τους. Όταν λοιπόν υπάρχει αυτή η βαθειά αρμονία και συν-εργατική σχέση με τον εαυτό σου, το σύντροφο σου, τα παιδιά σου, τους φίλους σου, την εργασία σου, τον κόσμο τον πλανήτη και το σύμπαν ολόκληρο, όταν δεν υπάρχει διαχωρισμός αλλά βαθειά αρμονία, τότε μόνο συμβαίνει το «τικ τακ». .....................................................................................In modern science there is a new concept called synergy. The word synergy is a Greek word that consists of the syntactic plus and the word project. Richard Buckminster Fuller (1895-1983), an American engineer, author, inventor and futurologist, defined synergy as a special characteristic which altogether characterizes an entire system, an entire organism. Synergy means that the value of the whole - i.e. the whole organism - is greater overall than the sum of its parts. It means that the harmonious connection that two or more of its parts have with each other creates a sum, which in itself is an independent part with its own value, which ultimately turns out to be greater than the mathematical sum of the parts. If you do a little digging you will find examples of synergy in many places in nature. If you plant two plants close together, their roots will intertwine in such a way that they will improve the quality of the soil and thus grow much better than if you had planted them separately. If you put two boards together, they will hold much more weight than a single board the sum of their thickness would hold. So when there is this deep harmony and co-operative relationship with yourself, your partner, your children, your children, your friends, your work, the world, the planet and the whole universe, when there is no separation but deep harmony, only then does "tick tock" happen.
